Carrowduff is the culmination of more than a decade of experience spanning arts production, film, executive consulting, crisis management, publishing, journalism, public affairs, and community engagement. Named after an unmapped patch of peat turf in County Clare, Ireland, that Ryans called home for centuries, Carrowduff comprises three complementary offerings—Arts, Studios, and Advisory. Carrowduff Arts
—represents, curates, produces, and promotes art, artists, and arts institutions.
Carrowduff Arts curates, produces, and promotes a diverse range of arts programming in partnership with artists, collectives, nonprofits, educational institutions and others.
Past and upcoming projects include public readings, audiovisual installations, gallery exhibitions, and films.
Carrowduff is also available to consult on the conception, funding, logistics, and promotion of select arts projects and initiatives.
Carrowduff Studios
—produces documentary and experimental films.
The company’s first production, I Am Here You Are Not I Love You, premiered at the Buffalo International Film Festival (BIFF) on October 11, 2024.
Studios also is available to provide writing, script and story consulting, research, fundraising, and general consulting services for outside projects.
Carrowduff Advisory
—provides strategic consulting services to boards and executive leaders at nonprofits, arts organizations, colleges and universities, and select corporate clients.
Aidan draws on extensive experience as a crisis management expert and consultant to leaders at critical moments in the life of an organization—including executive transitions, layoffs, rebranding, internal and criminal investigations, disasters, employee issues, social issues, geopolitical conflict, regulatory action, and other sensitive matters, along with experience actually serving as a nonprofit board member/trustee.
